SALES ASSISTANT INTERN
Market Line Presentation--pack, ship and receive. Garments steamed when received and merchandised for presentation.Sales Assistant--work with Sales Asst. and Execs to follow-up/assist with needs.Sales Books--maintain, update and distribute: Fabric Book, Availabe-to-Sell Inventory bookOvernight Deliveries--verify and confirm all checks, samples, orders, changes and boxes have been received. Provide proof-of-delivery for all receipts. Ensure all items are directed to the correct person.Computer Usage--Email, Excel, AS400, etc.Sample Requests--coordinating and mailing to Sales Executives/Buyers/StoresExposure to overall Sales and Design Room relationship
