AVP is looking for a Sales Assistant Intern
Market Line Presentation--pack, ship and receive. Garments steamed when received and merchandised for presentation
Sales Assistance--work with Sales Asst. and Execs to follow-up/assist with needs
Sales Books--maintain, update and distribute: Fabric Book, Available-to-Sell Inventory book
Overnight Deliveries--verify and confirm all checks, samples, orders, changes and boxes have been received. Provide proof-of-delivery for all receipts. Ensure all items are directed to the correct person
Computer Usage--Email, Excel, AS400, etc
Sample Requests--coordinating and mailing to Sales Executives/Buyers/Stores
Exposure to overall Sales and Design Room relationship
